Terms of Service


Cleaning Service Times

Cleaning is performed the day after your trash hauler pickup. Cleaning times may vary due to weather, mechanical issues or periodic re-routing. Please have cans out for cleaning and free of debris no later than 8:00 A.M on your assigned cleaning day. If cans are not out, not empty, blocked, or not clearly visible you will still be charged for service. Returning for cleaning will incur a $15 trip charge. As long as the cans are accessible to our technician nobody needs to be home, and we will text you when the job is complete.

Cleaning Location

Cleaning occurs at the curb or in the alley behind your home. Collection from alternative locations or on private property require an additional paid service. Please email us at info@cleancannow.com

Reschedules Require 24 hour Notice

Skipped, or rescheduled cleanings require 24 hour prior notice to retain credit. The service charge is non-refundable if we do not receive 24 hrs prior notice. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request on the next available route in your area. Future cleanings in your plan will not be moved in order to maintain our route integrity. Multiple rescheduled, or skipped cleanings may result in service cancellation, or transfer to less frequent service plan. If you want to wait until the cans are dirty again, our “Onetime” cleaning service is available

Restricted Material

We reserve the right to refuse service without credit if restricted material is identified. You are responsible for any fees associated with restricted material and any damages it may cause to employees and our equipment. The following material is restricted:

  • NO ashes.
  • NO construction debris, paints, chemicals, explosives, adhesives or other items banned by the landfill.
  • NO feces, diapers, animal manure or carcasses.
  • NO hazardous material, mercury-containing devices, medical waste, syringes & lancets, or glass.
  • NO impacted grass clipping.

Billing & Payment

All services are prepaid. Recurring subscriptions will be automatically deducted on approximately the 1st of each month. You will receive a notification four days prior to billing renewal. Cancellations after payment has been received may incur a 3% processing fee.

Holiday Schedule

Our cleaning Season runs from March through November. Clean Can Now LLC observes the following holidays:

  • May: Memorial Day
  • July: Independence Day
  • September: Labor Day
  • November: Thanksgiving Day
Routes scheduled on an observed holiday week, and the subsequent days of that week will be completed one day late depending on your trash hauler schedule. Saturday cleanings will be performed late in the day.
